Air Conditioning/Heat Pump Tune-up - ServiceOne will perform 1 Air Conditioning/Heat Pump tune-up during the warranty term

Heating Systems - registers, grills, filters and heat lamps

Air Conditioning - filters, registers and grills

Plumbing - faucets (replaced with chrome builder's standard when necessary), shower heads and shower arms, whirlpool bath motors and pump assembly, pressure regulator, hose bibs, toilets of like quality up to $600 per occurance

Electrical - door bells

Garage Door Openers - hinges, springs, and remote controls

Water Heater - sounds caused by sediment

Dishwasher - racks, baskets and rollers

Microwave Oven - interior lining, door glass and shelves

Range/Oven/Cooktop - rotisseries, racks, handles, knobs, dials and insterior lining

Trash Compactor - removable buckets, lock and key assemblies

Smoke Detectors - both battery and hard wired systems

Code Violations - ServiceOne will pay up to $250 maximum (combined limit for the life of the contract) to correct a code violation in relation to a covered heating, electrical, or plumbing trade service call, if required, to effect repair or replacement.

  • Test Thermostat Calibration
  • Check temperature split
  • Clean or replace filter
  • Inspect duct system
  • Clean contactors

  • Check freon levels and system pressures (add Freon if necessary)
  • Check condensor motor/amp draw
